From Leadership to StorytellingHelping Individuals, Organizations, and Children Grow With Intention and Care

At Prince Consulting Collective, LLC™, our offerings honor the many ways growth can unfold. For some, it’s coaching that supports personal transitions and self-discovery. For others, it’s guiding teams and organizations through strategy, facilitation, and equity-centered change. And for children and families, it’s storytelling that affirms emotions and everyday experiences while providing tools for caregivers and educators.

Across every space, our work is rooted in reflection, care, and the belief that people can thrive with clarity and intention.

Children’s Books & Family Engagement

My children’s book series centers on emotional expression, identity, and the everyday experiences of young children, beginning with They Say I’m Too Much. But I’m Just Me. Each story is paired with culturally rooted, developmentally responsive tools that help children feel seen, heard, and supported at home, in classrooms, and in community spaces.

Alongside the books, I also offer workshops and sessions that equip families, clinicians, educators, and schools with practical strategies to nurture children’s emotional well-being and identity development.

The Reflection, Connection & Affirmation Workbook is a companion resource designed to help caregivers, educators, and clinicians bring Aiden’s story into everyday moments. It includes guided reflection questions, emotion charts, affirmations, and simple activities that support emotional expression, identity development, and a sense of belonging.

Organizational Strategy & Consulting

We partner with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to strengthen alignment between vision, people, and practice. Through equity strategy, culture-building, and implementation support, we help leaders create systems that reflect their values and serve their communities well.

We design practical, people-centered tools that help individuals and teams carry the work forward. These might include reflection journals, conversation guides, meeting protocols, or equity-focused planning tools—each one created to fit your context and support sustainable growth.
