Who I Am
I’m Dr. Natasha Prince (PsyD), a Psychology Associate, consultant, and facilitator with more than 15 years of experience supporting growth across education, mental health, and nonprofit spaces. My work lives at the intersection of reflection, learning, and equity—helping individuals, teams, and organizations pause, realign, and move forward with clarity and care.
As the founder of Prince Consulting Collective, LLC™, I partner with people and organizations to build capacity, strengthen relationships, and lead meaningful change.
My Journey
My professional path has always centered on people—especially youth and families. Through my work as a therapist, assessor, and facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and caregivers as they navigate identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. I’ve also worked with educators, leaders, and teams across schools and nonprofits, helping them create more supportive, equitable environments for growth.
Along the way, I’ve served as an Adjunct Professor, Assessment Manager, Psychology Associate, and Professional Development Facilitator. These roles have deepened my expertise in reflective learning design, data storytelling, and capacity-building strategies that move people from insight to action. At every stage, my focus has remained the same: centering identity, equity, and relationships in the work.
Why This Work Matters
As a Black woman scholar-practitioner, I believe growth, leadership, and well-being are profoundly shaped by identity and lived experience. That belief has guided me in coaching individuals through transitions, equipping teams to collaborate with trust, and supporting organizations to align their people and vision.
It also inspired me to author the children’s book series Feelings Are Real, and So Am I™, which affirms the emotions and everyday experiences of Black children. Drawing on my clinical and consulting work with youth and families, the series extends my mission beyond workshops and boardrooms into classrooms and homes—giving children and caregivers tools for healing, affirmation, and thriving.
For me, whether through coaching, facilitation, or storytelling, the heart of my work is the same: helping people feel seen, supported, and free to grow.
